Montelparo is a short 5 minute drive away and has views across the valley, in the village you will find a Bank, Post office, Chemist, a Butchers a small but very well stocked Alimentari (supermarket) which has fresh bread daily, There are a couple of Bars plus a Restaurant, you can even spot Casa Edera from the small viewing area as you enter the village. At the far end of the village is a large terrace where Weddings and fiesta’s are held.

During the summer months the villages come to life as the Festa season gets into full swing offering culinary delights, great music, medieval tournaments and markets. For those seeking a more leisurely break the area is steeped in history where Medieval villages adorn every hilltop some dating from the 12th century. Many have restaurants offering their own unique style of Marche cuisine, where you can relax and enjoy a glass of Prosecco amidst the stunning countryside. There are many family owned cantina’s that offer a selection of local wines, olive oil and honey, and are only too happy to let you taste their products.

The property is served by airports at Ancona, Pescara and Perugia but is also accessible from Rome and Bologna . The property is a 45 minute drive from the regions capitol Ascoli Piceno which is well worth a visit.
